Our Story
A Vision from an Industry Pioneer
The idea for Paving Alliance began with Jon Beach, who has worked in the Southern California paving industry for over 50 years. As the second-generation leader of City Service Paving, Jon saw firsthand how collaboration, strong relationships, and shared knowledge could transform a company.
He established Paving Alliance to bring those same advantages to paving contractors across the United States — giving them access to shared resources, collective bargaining power, national project opportunities, and advanced job-costing software.
Today, the Alliance continues to expand with new member companies who share the same passion for quality, integrity, and innovation.
